Living a Life of Purpose & Meaning

Listen on

Eva Yazhari is the seasoned investor, entrepreneur, author, and CEO of Beyond Capital, an early-stage impact investment fund that is dedicated to improving lives and helping create access to basic goods and services.

Eva started her career going up the ranks in Wall Street and working alongside top hedge fund managers in NY. Although she was thriving in her position and enjoyed investing, Eva felt like she wasn’t making a big impact in her life and was yearning to find meaning & purpose. This led her into the world of impact investing and becoming more aware of living, both personal and professional, in a way that aligns with her values.

In the broad-ranging interview, we’ll talk to Eva about how to find meaning in the work you do, steps to find your purpose, what impact investing is and how you can incorporate it in your day to day life. Eva shares her business insights with us as well; what she looks for in the people and businesses she invests in. We also touch on steps to getting over perfectionism, the importance of having an abundance mindset, and how we can carry these values forth with us in the world.
